This site is operated by Connektor Group LLC ("we," "us"), a business intermediary registered in Wyoming, United States. We facilitate introductions between companies at a hiring trigger event (a funding round, an expansion, a leadership change) and the specialist recruiters and search firms who can fill the roles. 2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you contact us or book a call, including your name, email address, company name, and a description of your hiring situation. We do not collect payment information directly. Payments, where applicable, are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Wise) under their own privacy policies. Booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy. Standard web analytics (page views, browser type, referral source) may be collected through our hosting provider, Vercel.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to evaluate whether your situation qualifies for an introduction, to facilitate that introduction if it does, and to communicate with you about the status of your request. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent, and we do not sell your information to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Information sharing

We share your information only with the specific counterparty relevant to your situation, and only after confirming that an introduction is appropriate. Both sides are informed before any introduction is made. We do not share your information with any other third parties except as required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. If no introduction is facilitated, we delete your information within 90 days of your initial contact.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact haitem@connektor.co. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set functional cookies necessary for site operation. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. This site is served over HTTPS. Email communications are conducted via Zoho Mail.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

1. Agreement

By accessing this site or requesting an introduction, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Connektor Group LLC.

2. Services

We facilitate introductions between companies at a hiring trigger event and the specialist recruiters or search firms who can fill the roles. We operate as an independent intermediary. We are not a staffing agency, employer, or agent of either party, and we do not guarantee any outcome resulting from an introduction.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to businesses and individuals operating in the United States and Europe. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and that your use of our services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Fees

Access fees and success fees apply as outlined in any agreement entered into between you and Connektor Group LLC. Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in a written agreement. Payment is processed through Stripe or Wise. All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. No guarantee of results

We make no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any introduction. We do not guarantee that an introduction will result in a hire, engagement, or any other outcome. The quality of any introduction is subject to the information provided by both parties.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with an introduction. This obligation survives termination of our engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connektor Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any introduction facilitated by us. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
